Lot Details
The thickly potted bottle made of a pale buff clay. Flat base supporting a squat ovoid body, the short neck articulated at the shoulder supporting a thick, banded rim with a narrow mouth. The body nine bands of three incised vertical lines. The whole, including the base, with a translucent pale green glaze. The bottle lopsided with three sagger deposits, two on the body and one on the base. Cat.
